I am currently after PLD head piece since I went Iron Will 5/5 and interested in BLM AF2 hat.

RDM
Idle: AF2 hat Dalmatica W.legs.
Physical Kit: -50%pdt nighttime, -44%pdt daytime.
Magical Kit: -50%mdt with Shell V, +16MDB from gear.
INT Enfeebling: Best available m.accu set ingame minus the new INT+6 ring, Aureole and HQ shadow cuffs (NQ).
MND Enfeebling: I have a decent MND potency build for Paralyze, don't remember the exact number, 60ish.

BLM is decent, most notable gears for Dyna would be Herald's gaiters and a good enfeebling set.

PLD I am currently working on it, finished merits and I have average gear, but don't have Atonement.

SMN I don't really use it, it has decent gear, doesn't have Odin/Alex yet.

To avoid any misunderstandings, I joined your Linkshell 4years ago but left after a couple of run, realising once a week wasn't enough for me. I hope that didn't offend anyone.^^;
Right now I don't play as much as I used to, and I think your linkshell would fit my playtime very well, since you only run once a week and do COP over cities.
